How do we find people - tests: although some companies hire QA engineers, it's pretty popular today for companies to not have dedicated QA engineers and expect the engineers to be responsible also for tests. In small companies (such as Apegroup), there's no need for dedicated DevOps engineer, and using tools like Github Actions, CircleCI, Terraform and different cloud services is something that is expected of the engineers. Those tools are not too complex, and used also by Bachelor's degree students.

For bigger companies with a complex production, there is usually a DevOps / Platform team, but in those cases as well, it's very common to expect engineers to be able to edit Terraform and CI/CD Pipeline configurations. Not all engineers like those kind of tasks and it's okay - notice that we don't expect 100% of the requirements but only 80%, because people are different.
